The web site of the U.S. Army’s Combat Capabilities Development Command, or DEVCOM, is provided as a public service by the DEVCOM commander.
Unless otherwise noted, information presented on this site is considered in the public domain and may be distributed or copied.

Statistical information is collected for site management purposes. This government computer system uses software programs to create summary statistics that are used for purposes such as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications and analyzing system performance.
In order to ensure this service remains available and secure for all users, this government computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or cause damage to this site. Unauthorized attempts to upload or change information on this website service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
No other attempt will be made to identify individual users or their usage habits unless requested by an authorized law enforcement or other government agency. Raw data logs are used for no other purposes and are scheduled for regular destruction in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration General Schedule 20.
