Mr. Larry R. Larimer is the Director of the U.S. Army Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Analysis Center (DAC). Mr. Larimer leads a diverse organization of 650 Civilians and Soldiers who deliver objective analysis, experimentation, and data across the entire life cycle of materiel systems, enhancing Readiness and enabling Modernization. As the Director, Mr. Larimer, sets the organization’s direction by aligning DAC’s prioritizes with that of DEVCOM, Army Futures Command and the U.S. Army. By managing resources and the workforce, Mr. Larimer ensures DAC analysis products inform critical decisions about requirement trades, technology investments, acquisition strategies and risk, test and evaluation, cyber resiliency, soldier performance, sustainment alternatives, and lifecycle cost.
Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Larimer served as the Director of the Futures Integration, Army Futures Command Futures and Concepts Center at Fort Eustis, VA, where he was responsible for the identification of Army capability gaps, development of solutions to those gaps, and integration of materiel solution requirements to deliver Multi-Domain Operations capable forces.
